Biography
Francis was born in Assisi and experienced a deep conversion. From a youth marked by prestige and human dreams, he was led to embrace evangelical poverty and follow Christ simply.
His life touched the Church through fraternity, care for the poor, peace, and praise of God in creation. Francis did not seek theatrical poverty, but interior freedom to love more.
He still inspires those who desire less attachment, more fraternity, and greater attention to the little ones.
