When to pray this prayer

How to pray calmly
Find a possible place of silence, make the Sign of the Cross, read the prayer slowly, and pause on the phrases that speak most to your heart. There is no need to rush: a brief prayer made with attention is worth more than many words spoken without presence.

Write down the facts, the fears, and the good reasons for each option. Then pray and ask advice from someone prudent.
